LAFCO will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unopened, unused merchandise or damaged or defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt.
1. Contact our Customer Service department at 800.362.3677. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST or email us at email@example.com You will receive a return authorization number (RA #) from a customer service specialist which is needed for your exchange or merchandise credit. Please write this RA number on your enclosed packing slip/receipt and on the outside of the shipping box.
2. Return the product along with the original packing slip or receipt, RA # and a note with instructions on your preference for exchange or merchandise credit to the below address:

3. When sending your return, we suggest shipping with an insured carrier (UPS / FedEx) or with a delivery confirmation request when using the United States Postal Service. LAFCO can not issue an exchange or merchandise credit without confirmation of a delivery to our Returns Department.
LAFCO reserves the right to issue a refund. Instructions pertaining to this refund will be communicated to the customer by a customer service specialist.
