Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All orders take 24 to 48 business hours to complete. Orders placed after 9 am EST will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that LAFCO is unable to ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes).
Free Ground shipping promotions exclude Alaska and Hawaii and ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Please allow between 7 and 10 days for delivery.
US DOT regulations require that our Home Fragrance Mist products are shipped by standard ground delivery. If your order contains any Home Fragrance Mist items, you will not be able to choose our Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air 3 Day Select shipping options, and these items must be shipped by standard UPS ground. Further, the Home Fragrance Mist products can only be shipped within the lower 48 states and cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
For orders shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico, please call a LAFCO customer service specialist at 800.362.3677 who will be happy to help take your order and provide shipping quotes over the telephone.
For orders shipping to APO/Military addresses, LAFCO will ship via USPS. For these orders, please call a LAFCO customer service specialist at 800.362.3677 who will be able to arrange this option.
LAFCO Customer Service:
LAFCO will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unopened, unused merchandise or damaged or defective merchandise within fifteen (15) days from purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt.
1. Contact our Customer Service department at 800.362.3677 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. A customer service specialist will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, which is needed for your exchange or merchandise credit. Please write this RA number on your enclosed packing slip/receipt and on the outside of the shipping box.
2. Return the product along with the original packing slip/receipt, RA # and a note with instructions on your preference for exchange or merchandise credit, to the below address:

3. When sending your return, we suggest shipping with an insured carrier (UPS/FedEX) or with a delivery confirmation receipt when using the United States Postal Service (USPS). LAFCO cannot issue an exhange or merchandise credit without confirmation of receipt of return by our Returns department.
LAFCO reserves the right to issue a refund. Instructions pertaining to this refund will be communicated to you by a customer service specialist.
