Returns and Refunds
LAFCO will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unopened, unused merchandise or damaged or defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt.

You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) from a customer service specialist, which is needed for your exchange or merchandise credit. Please write this RA number on your enclosed packing slip/receipt and on the outside of the shipping box.
Return the product along with the original packing slip or receipt, RA# and a note with instructions on your preference for exchange or merchandise credit to the below address:

When sending your return, we suggest shipping with an insured carrier (UPS / FEDEX) or with a delivery confirmation request when using the United States Postal Service. LAFCO cannot issue an exchange or merchandise credit without confirmation of a delivery to our returns department.
LAFCO reserves the right to issue a refund. Instructions pertaining to this refund will be communicated to the customer by a customer service specialist.
We are aware of non-authorized parties selling counterfeit LAFCO on Amazon®. Regarding this issue, we are alerting our valued customers, retailers, and distributors that LAFCO is actively working to resolve it.
Please note that LAFCO will not honor its 15-day money back guarantee for any products sold on Amazon® by non- authorized resellers. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from non-authorized resellers as some of these products may cause permanent damage to your safety and health.
