*Due to an increase in orders, we’re unable to change or cancel current purchases. If you’d like to cancel your order, please refuse delivery. We’ll process your refund 5-10 business days after your order is returned.

How do I start a return?
We’re happy to offer a credit or exchange for unopened and unused items. Just return your order within 15 days of the purchase date and include a receipt.

Write your RA# on your original packing slip or receipt, as well as on the outside of the shipping box.

Refunds
How do I request a refund?
Your return may qualify for a credit or exchange, but we will gladly consider a request for a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service department at 800.362.3677.

If you have purchased a product from a non-authorized reseller on Amazon®, you will not qualify for a credit, exchange, or refund. I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. If your package is missing or stolen, contact UPS, our designated carrier, at 1.800.742.5877. Once UPS records a package as “delivered,” LAFCO is no longer responsible for that package. However, if you still cannot find your package, please let us know. We actively monitor claims of lost, missing, incorrect, and damaged items and are committed to maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders ship from Brooklyn, New York and are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 8 AM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders generally take 24-48 business hours to complete but may take up to 7 days around major holidays, including:

Does LAFCO ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, no. We only ship to street addresses.
Why is shipping restricted on my item(s)?
US DOT regulations state that orders containing hand sanitizers or home fragrance mists must be shipped via Standard UPS Ground. Unfortunately, these restricted products cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
Does my order require a signature?
Only orders $500+ require a signature at delivery.

Orders up to $84.99 ship for a flat rate of $10. Orders $85+ ship free.*

Does LAFCO ship across the U.S.?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
Does LAFCO ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to Canada. Please call our customer service department at 800.362.3677 if you’d like your order shipped to Canada.
