Times and Costs

SHIPPING:

Orders ship from Brooklyn, NY and are processed Monday through Friday. Orders generally take 24 to 48 business hours to complete but may take up to 7 days around holidays with high order volume. Orders placed after 8 AM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Orders do not ship on weekends and on the holidays below:
• New Year’s Day
• MLK Jr Day
• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve

LAFCO is unable to ship to post office boxes (PO Boxes)

US DOT Regulations require that our home fragrance mist products are shipped via Standard UPS Ground delivery. If your order contains any home fragrance mist or hand sanitizer products, you will not be able to choose our 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air or Next Day Air shipping options. These items must be shipping via Standard UPS Ground.

Home fragrance mist and hand sanitizer products can only be shipping within the lower 48 states and cannot be shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders $500+ require a signature at time of delviery.

All LAFCO orders are shipped using UPS.

The following options are available:

Flat rate shipping:

*Free ground shipping promotions exclude Alaska and Hawaii and ship via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Please allow between 7 and 10 days for delivery. Please contact our customer service team at 800.362.3677 for orders shipping to Puerto Rico.

Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada. If you would like to have an order shipped to Canada, please call a LAFCO customer service specialist at 800.362.3677 who will be happy to assist with your order. Shipping times and charges will vary depending on location, time of year and package weight.

All international packages may be subject to customs, duties, or other fees calculated by that country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all local importer duties or other fees.
